Senator Julia Salazar represents New York's 18th State Senate District Senator, including many Brooklyn neighborhoods like Bushwick, Cypress Hills, Greenpoint and Williamsburg. In 2018 she became the youngest woman elected in the history of the New York State Senate. Because she is a strong supporter of tenant rights, criminal justice reform, equal protection for women and immigration justice, we were happy to help with her re-election by refreshing her campaign website with bright colors and bold fonts.
